Welcome to Year 5/6 Badger class. In Maths we will learn all about ratio; area, perimeter and volume; converting units of measure and angles as well as revising the KS2 content needed for the Year 6 SATS.
In Art and design we will be learning about environmental art looking at key artists and how they are championing sustainability through the work they produce.
In computing children will learn how to code and debug their own moving game that they will then share with their peers.
Finally, in our PE lessons with Mr Stopps on a Friday we will begin by playing a combination of striking and fielding games and then learn all about different athletic events in forest school we aim to learn all about the outdoors.

In order to support our Year 6 pupils through their upcoming KS2 SATS assessments, I have attached a selection of Easter revision activities that we would like the children to work on as revision activities. There is lots there so we encourage the children to do a little each day on areas they aren't too confident on in order to further enhance their understanding.
