I have been part of The Dassett family for 8 years now.  I feel very lucky to be a part of the start of each child's journey.  I love to see how much they learn and grow throughout reception.  I am Mum to 3 teenagers and spend a lot of my spare time on the Wirral which is where I am from.

This will be my third year of working at The Dassett and I am really enjoying working with our great children and staff. I believe in helping children become happy, confident and independent learners.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping fit with walking and pilates and sewing. 

I am looking forward to helping the children at the school be the best they can be.

I have been working for the past year as a TA in Year 5 here at The Dassett and am now about to join Year 6. I am really looking forward to moving up with the same children from last year in order to help prepare them for senior school. I’m also looking forward to working alongside Miss Cooper.   I still very much enjoy spending time with my family, walking Riva and keeping up with my running.

I have now been working in the Dassett as a Teaching Assistant for a year and after being with Year 4 last year, I am really happy to be working with the children again in Year 5 and watch them grow with confidence in their learning and themselves. I still enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 boys and traveling home to see my family in Belfast.

I have been working as a Midday Supervisor at The Dassett since Dec 2018 and have recently made the transition from the playground into the classroom to assist year 3 / 4 as an Apprentice T.A.

I live at home with my partner of 17 years and my two boys aged 8 and 10. I love football and most sports but also can’t get enough of reading or Geocaching!
