Maths Challenge Day
We have been fortunate enough to have been given a grant for £500 from the Royal Institution and STEMNET to hold a Maths Challenge Day in school with an external provider, ‘Maths in a Suitcase’. It will provide hands on experiments and activities that are suitable for all age ranges, abilities, experience or gender. The hands on style ensure the exhibits attract, engage and extend - everyone has the opportunity to participate. This Maths Challenge Day will be happening on Monday 12th January all day and Tuesday 13th January in the morning. After school on Monday 12th January parents are invited to join us for a free parent and child session, which should be great fun and a super opportunity for you to work with your child on some great puzzles and challenges.
